SYNCHRONICITIES SERIES
“Synchronicity is the coming together of inner and outer events in a way that cannot be explained by cause and effect and that is meaningful to the observer.”
London, April 2024
I LONG WONDERED WHAT ARTIST I COULD BE. I ALWAYS FELT BEAUTY WAS MISSING. UNTIL ONE DAY…
23/4/24: I SET MY INTENTION BEFORE MORNING MEDITATION: “RECOGNIZE MY INNER BEAUTY”
24/4/24: I'VE GOT A MESSAGE ON MY TEA BAG: “LIFE IS A GIFT. EXPERIENCE IS THE BEAUTY.
- C. Jung
This is how the synchronicities project is born. Tell my own experience of life, through my thoughts, my feelings, my surroundings. Total awareness. Total presence. Just be to welcome the beauty.
CHEER UP!
LONDON, 18/04/2024 - 9:30AM.
I FEEL DOWN. SINCE LAST NIGHT. UNCONSCIOUS THOUGHTS ARE GAINING ME. THOUGHTS THAT BRING ME DOWN. INNER CRITIC IS BACK ON A VERY SUBTLE LEVEL. NOT EVEN AWARE OF WHAT BRINGS ME DOWN.
I DECIDE TO DO SOME FROGS TO SHIFT MY ENERGY AND PREPARE FOR MY COACHING APPOINTMENT I HAVE SOON. I DO 21 FROGS OR SO. I STAND UP. I LOOK THROUGH THE WINDOW.
VOCATION
LONDON GATWICK AIRPORT, 24/04/2024
ON MY WAY TO THE AIRPORT, IN THE OVERGROUND, A WOMAN TRAVELS WITH SOME CANVAS. MY MIND START TO WANDER. I AM HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT BEING AN ARTIST. I DON’T REALLY SEE THAT IN ME.
AT THE AIRPORT, I LOOK FOR A TRAVEL BOOK ON MADEIRA. I CAN’T FIND ANY. NEXT TO THE TRAVEL SECTION, THERE IS “POPULAR PSYCHOLOGY”. I BROWSE THE SHELF AND MY GAZE STOPS AT A BOOK “THE HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON”.
I OPEN THE BOOK RANDOMLY. I READ: “ART AS VOCATION.”
I LEAVE THE BOOKSHOP. I COME ACROSS THE WOMAN WITH THE CANVAS.

I WALK BACK HOME. I PASS BY THE SCIENCE MUSEUM.
